Chrome Street Studios contains 9 private artist suites. All are currently leased.

Located near the front entrance off the Corridor Gallery, Studio 9 is 18 square metres (3m x 6m) with an impressive warehouse height ceiling. The studio is filled with an abundance of natural light that filters down from the louvres . It has built in storage at one end and an overhead platform at the other. Tenants are able to paint should they wish to refresh the space.
Rent is $435 per month including electricity and wifi*.
Residents have access to common areas which are a kitchenette, lounge (subject to teaching) and a courtyard which will be getting a plant makeover this year.
